I use USPS, and shipping is included in the cost. How long it takes merch to arrive will vary depending on where you are in the US. I do not currently ship internationally, but will be looking into it. I will make a trip to the post office once a week to mail orders, unless I happen to catch the postal worker when they stops at my complex to deliver mail (this applies to stickers and patches only).

Stickers and patches are not returnable. CDS are not returnable unless defective upon arrival. T-shirts are returnable but only if they don't fit. You will have to help with shipping on returns.
